This exact same thing happened to me. Only it wasn't songs I bought more of, it was pie. And I didn't have duplicates because I ate the first pie. And I ate the second pie. So now I have no pie.

Harmonix rereleased that roadrunner records track pack because they had a legal dispute with one of the songs and took it out. Dont rebuy that pack of songs if you already purchased them.

I think the OP should call Sony/Nintendo/Microsoft to get his money back. Although there are systems in place to prevent catastrophic incompetence, clearly in this case the system failed to prevent stupidity and he bought two. That's not his fault.
