im looking for some players that can get gold stars or close on back in the ussr and helter skelter. no matter how hard i try on expert bass or vocals i cant quite get the stars.:eek:

i have all the other gold star accomplishments on vocals but typically can't do the end of back in the ussr or know the tune of helter skelter well enough.:mad:

any help here

I had gold stars on every other song in the game except Helter Skelter until last night - it took me 3 tries and I finally got it!! one tip I can give you is that you can miss one phrase in Helter Skelter with a GREAT and still get gold stars (cause that's what happened to me) - but you have to get FAB on all the rest

for Helter Skelter honestly I'd just suggest listening to the song during the hard parts - once you listen it's not all that hard. he stays in the key of E Major the whole time (if you're into music theory at all), and he does little variants and pretty much stays on the E scale. that's the only help I can really provide with that one

wish I could help you out on accomplishments; I could use some help there myself; I think I only have 28 (but almost gold!)

for Back in the USSR, if possible I'd suggest getting some double and triple fabs to up the score count, if you can find some other singers. because the tune is relatively straightforward I guess

sorry I realize I probably wasn't much help, stating mostly the obvious haha

I also forgot you usually do vocals on solo (or at least I assume you do)

regardless or whether or not I'm with anyone, I choose harmonies just so I can learn them

in Helter Skelter, there are a couple of phrases where you can get a double fab by yourself - where he says will you want you want me to (whatever he says) and then ahhhhhh right after that

that's probably why I got the gold stars

but I'm glad you finally got it man! and thank you again for helping me with the 30th achievement


also I don't remember if I told you this, but I got the Beatlemania for 60 seconds achievement while we were doing that vocal face-off - I'm not sure HOW I kept beatlemania for 60 seconds during a solo vocal but I did apparently :p so that was a lot of help

and again sorry for cutting it short on that but my internet went out :( it does that from time to time and it's really annoying
