Ok, I just went through the whole EA support process, like 5 seconds done

Now, I need to know where I'm sending the guitar I have right here thats not working

How's this work? Do you guys give me the new guitar first and then I return the old one? Is there an address I overlooked where I send it to you? How do I go about doing this?

that explains why you don't have a clue as to what to do with your guitar

2 options:

Standard - They ship a return box which you place your broken guitar in. Once they receive your broken guitar, they will ship out a replacement.
Express - They ship you replacement first but require a $125 deposit via CC
