Rock Band in Canada (does it even exist?)

Its now December 28th....the 5th release date in Canada....and still no god damn rock band in canada...

WHERE THE Frack IS IT?

Do we have a new fake release date to get our hopes up and dashed for the 6th time?

It was officially released in Canada on December 20th. If you cant find a bundle, thats because they pretty much sold out instantly everywhere.

That is Incorrect....

I had a preorder and I'm #1 on the list....the stores have not received them yet, and December 28th was the latest release date.

A few stores accross canada got 1 or 2. And none in my City. Hardly a release date for people with preorders.

I'll say again. The game did officially release in Canada on December 20th. MANY stores nationwide recieved numerous copies of the bundles and the game itself. Hell, there were still 2 bundles at my local Bestbuy as of yesterday and you can find the individual game almost everywhere. If you preordered from EBGames then youre SOL because many of those stores nationwide didnt get their shipments in. But trust me, the game is out in Canada and has been for over a week.

I have called every store in my city who could possibly carry this.

They arn't sold out...THEY DON"T HAVE THEM YET. how can they be sold out if they havn't received them to sell....no matter the release date

i'm sure you can understand my frustration. I've had this game preordered and fully paid for, for 3 months now.

I saw the game on store shelves on December 20th at Bestbuy, Futureshop, Walmart, etc. as promised as that was the Canadian release date.

As far as EB Games, see my above comment. The ones here still have not recieved their bundles but have the individual games for sale.

If retailers in your city havent "recieved" it yet then again, you, yourself are SOL. The game HAS been released.

my budies in Calgary preordered also. no sign of it yet.

I did hear there were a few in Edmonton.

But by the looks of it you are in the minority.

CBC did a report on December 20th that said most won't be getting it before christmas. Even the best buy and future shop web sites say december 28th.

I should have just ordered it from the states....or maybe i'll drive to winnipeg, its only 5 hours.

I know a couple of people in Ontario that picked them up, I have a friend in Moncton, NB who picked one up, and I know that my local EBs and Future Shop (Fredericton, NB) have the standalone games for PS2, PS3, and 360, but no bundles as of yet (I left for work early this morning so I have no clue if they've called to say that they got it today as they were forecasting the other day).

So the game is definitely out here, just not everywhere.

I got mine (bundle) on monday at Blockbuster.
Futureshop and Wal-Mart had the game by itself. Funny thing I overheard "Yea they hate the Wii they got for Christmas. Graphics no good,can't stand the controls so I'm getting them a PS3 today with this. (pointing at Rock Band)" I was gonna say something but her fat ass was blocking off the aisle so I didn't bother.
