Help with rockband 1 for playstation 3

Help me!!!

Ok i purchased a new copy of rockband 1 for the playstation 3 video game console.

While playing the game the notes are jerky coming down the screen and out of focus.

I know it is the game because all of my other titles work no blurry nothing.

And then the weird part the notes become solid after the power-up is used then they go back to jerky again.

What gives!!!

I paid $100.00 for this garbage and it isn't working and not making me happy right now.

Updated to the latest version patch still no change.

When i try another song it does the same thing again.

on regular notes it looks blurry and like the note is having seasure

then when the game engages there version of star power the game notes go to normal function and stop having a seasure.

Got it fixed somewhat!!!

it still jerks notes but not as bad as it did before..

found out that if you have overscan turned on in options it takes and compresses the graphics for the screen causing most of the jerking issues on the ps3.
