Death From Above 1979 are extremely cool. That song Black History Month smokes.

Trans Am is also completely sweet. If you like them, you should also look up The F*cking Champs. They're in the same vein. As a matter of fact, they've worked together on a project called The F*cking Am that's more smoking guitar rock.

Also, Behold... The Arctopus are sweet, too.
