Per step 9 of the Guitar Exchange

Fold the UPS Label and re-insert in the zip-lock pouch so the following SHIP TO address is prominently displayed.

SHIP TO:
ELECTRONIC ARTS WARRANTY EXCHANGE
24460 Glendale
Redford, MI 48239

Problem is, I don't have this ship to address anywhere on my UPS label. All I have is the one with my address located on one half, with the other half being completely blank. I'm not quite sure what I'm supposed to do at this point, and I really don't want EA actually charging me the $125 or whatever the hold is on my credit card...

Contact Support as they may be able to get you a new shipping label.

My UPS Label says 24450, not 24460 like the blue sheet says it should be. Which one is right?

I contacted Customer Support about my missing return label, and have not heard back from them. Does anyone have any idea what the turn-around time is with customer support? Do they get back to you?

It appears all I would need would be a new pre-paid shipping label e-mailed, mailed, upsed, fedexed, dhled or carrier pigeoned to me so I can actually send this guitar back.

If you emailed them it could be awhile. Some people are waiting for emails for weeks and never getting them. I would just call EA Support.

There is always more traffic in the queue after the holiday but you should get a response within 24-48 hours. It is important to note that you should not update your incident until you get a response as this may reset your place in the queue.

If you don't get a response after 48 hours, let me know the incident number and I'll see if I can't escalate it for you.

My UPS Label says 24450, not 24460 like the blue sheet says it should be. Which one is right?

My sheet also says 24460 however the Packing List says it was shipped from 24450 and my UPS slip says to ship it to 24450 so it should be sent via your UPS slip address.

Well, it's been over 48 hours(although I'm not sure it's been 48 business hours, given the holidays and what not) and I haven't receieved an e-mail from customer support.

My incident number is 071228-015899

Our top tier Support team is working to get you a new shipping label today. Please let me know if you don't see that by tomorrow. By the way, I've removed one of the 'Bump' replies to clean up the thread.

I was in a simliar situation and the e-mail response I got from support said as follows:

Hi Jon,

Thanks for contacting Electronic Arts.

As per ***NAME REMOVED*** request, it is not necessary to return the defective instrument. A return shipping label will not be mailed out to you, so please do what you please with the merchandise.

If you have any further questions or concerns, I would be happy to address them for you.

Thank you.

Regards,

***Name removed***

Not saying that would be the case, but that's the response I got out of them last month in regards to my broken Fender. I don't know if this situation was rare or not, as I had sent one back before hand with return labels and such. I haven't seen a charge for it, so, I'm assuming all is good and the RMAs are closed (and I do finally have a working Fender).

Literally the second after I posted the last reply, I got this message from EA-

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts!

You do not need to send back your item at this time, please do what you will with your defective one.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
Landon F.
