PS2 Version

Sorry if the answer to this question is obvious, but I have looked through several times and can't find anything.

I have Rockband for PS2, I hear alot of people talking about creating characters and going to the rock store but I cant find any of that on my game.

Do these features exist for the PS2 version? And if so how do I access them?

Character creation, as well as online play of course, doesn't exist on the PS2 version.

PS2 version does not have BWT, Character customization, and DLC.
