Is This Normal?

Or am I overreacting over my $250 investment.

I just noticed yesterday that upon taking a game out of the PS3, the disc is quite warm. Haven't really noticed this before.

So, as per thread title, is this normal?

80 gig refurb, probably the 2008 model. The 90 day warranty runs out... sometime this week.

A warm disc coming out of a machine is normal. If it's hot enough that you have to drop it, then perhaps seek their customer support line.

It's not hot, just warm.
