Finally got ahold of EA about no guitar

Recently, I recieved a return box with no guitar, so today I called the number and waited 45 minutes on hold, and actually got someone, and he was really nice and now I am going to get my guitar in 3-5 business days

arnt you suppose to recieve an empty box to put your guitar in to ship it back?

I already did, and I shipped my broken guitar and they shipped another box back and I was hoping it was it but nothing in it, but now it's taken care of.

As for now, my bass pedal broke
