I got a new xbox and transferred my stuff on my new hard drive and now my DLC wont work offline. I know I have to transfer my licenses but I think I did it wrong, if someone could please help me and explain how to do this right. Its a real bug when you cant play your DLC you paid for.

Help!

You need to re-download all of your DLC. Happened to me once, should work after you do that.

Just find it in the Music Store, then select it and click 'Download Again' on every song with the purchased tag next to it.

EDIT: If the above solution doesn't do anything, I can't help you.

I'm having the same problem with an exception. I've gotten all of my songs to work after re-downloading them except for one. For some reason after transferring the licenses, deleting the song, and re-downloading, it still won't play offline. I've tried everything I can possibly think of. I've even tried asking @xboxsupport through my twitter account, but they're stumped as well. The song in question is "ABC" by the Jackson Five. If anyone reading this has any suggestions beyond the aforementioned, I'd appreciate the help.

Red_Coheed:
1) Do the license transfer on Xbox Live's site, making sure you're transferring the licenses to the new 360 (check the serial code).
2) Sign in to Xbox Live, press the guide button, go to the far right tab and select Account Management, then Download History.
3) Go through every one of your downloaded Rock Band items (plus whatever other game's content you might have...), and download them again. It should only take a few seconds for each item if it's already on your hard drive, as it's just downloading the new license info.
4) Done!

Edit: Sometimes I wonder why there isn't a stickied topic about this, as it's a very common question that comes up quite often.
