I see al these threads and setlists metaillca metallica MORE METALLICA
Its annoying and theres to much of it!
Theres already 4 songs of metallica on there and its just so annoying we should get other bands that dont have any songs on rb yet or some bands that are there and could use a couple more songs. Please don't flame, just give you're opinion.

That's nothing compared to the amount of songs The Who and Nirvana will have up sooner or later. And it's the exact same amount that the Police, QOTSA, Sabbath, and Bowie have, and I see people requesting more songs by them, too. Why single out Metallica?

I'd like to see some more metallica but i'd like to see more other bands that are out now. I don't really like Bowie or the Police, and there not really fun to play. I'd like to see some tool, or The sword, or Rage against the machine myself.

If its DLC, why the hell would you care if there's more Metallica? If you don't want it, don't get it. I want more Metallica and I'll pay for it when it becomes available. Is it not possible that the reason some of these other bands have only one song on RB is because said bands won't let them?

i like to play along with the metallica songs, but unfortunately it seems everyone else does also.. so when i go to play online, it never fails.. i join in.. find someone to play with, they pick all 4 metallica songs to play (if they have the dlc).. we play them and they quit.. so i get back in the que and find someone else to play with.. they pick all 4 metallica songs to play then they quit.. and i just repeat the process over and over again.. enough is enough...

no more metallica.. at least not for a while, there are other bands out there

Im sorry but im about to go there... DLC. If you don't like it then don't DL it. I say ROCK BAND should get as much support as possible. I would rather have 100 songs to choose from then 4 that i personally know. Why? cause the next song i DL that don't know maybe my new personal fav.

My point? if we going to have more metalica then so be it! No one is going to force you to DL it! Trust me, someone will if not you. To each is own.

I can appreciate your want for other music, however what I am looking for is good music(and theres alot of it dont get me wrong) no has more good songs than Metallica. The fans have been listening to the same songs over and over and over for decades because there songs are good enough to listen to and PLAY over and over and over. So to make a long explanation short.....

I dont make posts that say, "No more Fallout Boy." People can download what they want, and the fact that Metallica has gone beyond platinum on every album they have released. I think its safe to say that Metallica is known worldwide. HMX knows what will sell. Be grateful they even full around with mediocre bands that you probably like. If you dont like the music people pick online, then you take lead and pick your own setlist. Its that simple.

I think it's the choice of songs. While the Metallica pack was awesome, none of those were really they're big hits that everyone knows.

Fuel? Sad But True? Battery? Sanitarium? Master of Puppets? Seek and Destroy? they have so many hits that are left out

I am not sure if this was a rumor or not. But I heard that every Metallica song would be on Rock Band sooner or later. Idk tho, also the new Metallica single was gonna premere on Rock Band, so like it or not, were getting more Metallica. Not the biggest Metallica fan (I own all albums up to the black album) but I think more metallica songs would be great on Rock Band. Gives us a challenge :)

I love Metallica, and I would love to get some more stuff from them, but...I really think Megadeth deserves a pack or an album (Rust in Peace or Countdown to Extinction please). I personally love Metallica slightly more than Megadeth, but Megadeth hasn't gotten a song since GH II, and it was a cover. We need some Megadeth masters on Rockband here real soon, if not hopefully GH IV will wise up to this.

But I don't think there ever could be too much Metallica (IMHO).

I think Metallica deserves more songs... they have many good songs. However, I think we should first get Megadeth or Slayer. While I like Metallica better, when talking about metal, we are leaving out two very important bands.

Now that the sarcasm is out of the way, face facts. I'll break this down in very simple sentences those who don't want Metallica can understand..... HMX want money. Metallica sell songs. HMX make money. Get more Metallica. End of story. (yes this was the dumbest post ever).

PS. I too want to see some slayer (disciple please) and megadeth, but no issues at ALL with more Metallica.
