It's in the Xbox Live Marketplace, the last blade on the left on your Xbox 360's dashboard. You'll have to find Rock Band in a list of games, but all of the DLC available for the game will be there.

go to gamesin the marketplace and then go to all games and then scroll down to rock band and they should be there along with themes/pics/etc

Xbox Live service has been sort of intermittent recently with all of the holiday traffic, but I was able to log on last night and earlier today with no problems. I don't think you should have any problems with it now.

Also, when browsing DLC, make sure to choose wisely what song you want to buy. If you are interested in more than one song in a song pack, I find it's usually a better deal to just buy the pack itself.

Here's exactly how to get to the Rock Band DLC, assuming you begin with your console off, turn on your console, and sign in as your Xbox Live-enabled profile:

1. Press left to get to the marketplace blade.
2. Choose "Game Store"
3. Choose "All Games"
4. Arrow down until you see "Rock Band" and then choose it.

That's it. The DLC is there. If it's not showing up, you could possibly have your 360 set to a different region than USA. If that's not the case, you might want to contact Xbox and try to get them to help you.

You sort of forgot to mention that you were in Europe. Your xbox live would not have the DLC for RB til release. I believe May was the tenative date for Europe but you may want to check for the release dates there. The UK'er have a thread going about the release there.

was in french and then i put french email after that i change my email for english and my console 2 its maybe the problem
