ithink that i hav a new problem wit the 360 guitar

Well its happened the day after i got it...i would be laying i the middle of the song,and a red message would appear(Please reconnect the guitar controller in controller port 1) I would reconnect it and the little green glowing light o the controller would blink.,..and then turn off really fast.i waited a while, and the it started working....but surely enough, it started again, but this time i got mad and hit my guitar when it said reconnect...the light started blinking and it was working again.So i have been doing this for the last couple days,and now i was wondering if i should take it back,because i read a lot of other stuff and people say the replacements suck.Should i return it,live with it, or is there any way to fix this?

I have this same problem. I am trying to get a replacement but I am getting the EA support runaround. :mad: Good luck.

I didn't even try the phone line - I just went to ea.com and clicked on Support. Then chose Rock Band - and it took less than 5 minutes to go through the credit card process to have them send me a guitar. It's only been 2 days, so I can't even complain about the processing time yet - but it sounds like I had an easier time getting it started.
