Rock Band (X-BOX 360) DLC not showing up in game

Hi, I purchased some new songs for Rock Band from the Dashboard Marketplace and all appeared to download correctly... though when i went in game, only about half of the DLC is showing, the rest is not showing up anywhere.

I checked to make sure that they are ALL on my HDD (System Settings/ Memory/ Games/ Rock band) and all the songs are on there.... Any ideas what i have done wrong and how i can fix it? Console, Gamertag, etc is exact same as when i downloaded the songs.

The songs i downloaded are (if it helps):

"Bad to the bone" SHOWING, But freezes during load.
"Call me when you're sober" NOT SHOWING
"Fortunate Son" SHOWING
"In Dreams" NOT SHOWING
"Linger" NOT SHOWING
"Pretty fly (for a white Guy)" SHOWING, Sometimes freezes during load.
"*** on fire" NOT SHOWING
"Smooth Criminal" NOT SHOWING
"Take it on the run" NOT SHOWING
"The Gambler" NOT SHOWING
"Tribute" NOT SHOWING
"Who are you" SHOWING
"Who knew" NOT SHOWING
"You got it" NOT SHOWING
"Lady Gaga Pack" NOT SHOWING
"Queen Pack" NOT SHOWING

I have also noticed that some of the songs that are showing freeze up during loading.

Are you using the same Gamertag and Xbox 360 system you used to download all of the tracks?

Did you download that whole list at the same time?

Yes console and gamertag is exact same and all the songs were downloaded at exact same time in the exact order i listed them in.

Your console doesn't have any "family settings" active that might prevent certain content does it?

If that is not it then go out to your dashbord and :
go to Memory -> Games -> Rock Band 2, scroll all the way down to the bottom, and delete the file called "Rock Band 2 Song Cache."

When you load RB2 back up it will take a while to find all of your DLC again. Check and see if the songs are working.

No, all family settings are disabled.

I have the original Rock Band also, not RB2.... Is it the same procedure?

I'm having the exact same problem, but I can tell you the tracks that aren't showing in Rock Band 1 show up & play just fine in Rock Band 2

if its the same console (by that i mean the one you originally bought the dlc on aka didnt get the rrod or have it repaired) then go to memory -> rb2 and delete the folder downloaded song data

if its the latter (sent for repairs or got rrod) then you need to do a license transfer xbox.com/drm
