The Wikipedia page is generally maintained by a few veterans from these forums, so if the Wikipedia page doesn't know, then this forum doesn't know.

Every day there are lots of DLC questions, including ones like yours with misleading titles, and I think some people just get annoyed to keep seeing them over and over.

The misleading title might get people's hopes up, too, and then they click it and find out its just more of the same.
