Most anything. As much as I wouldn't mind playing, say, Wake Up, it's not going to cut it for the majority of Rock Band's population. But seriously; if Welcome Home can make it into the game, there's got to be room for more C&C. Guitar-wise, I'd kill for a chance to see Gravemakers & Gunslingers make it in... but I'd be more-than-willing to settle for just about anything else, from any of their album.

I'd never even heard of C&C before Rock Band, but I went out and bought the album that Welcome Home was off of and I loved it. I went right to Amazon and ordered the rest of their studio albums and the Amory Wars vol 1, heh.
So I don't have any songs in mind yet, but I'd definitely take some more Coheed and Cambria!

Wow, that's pretty hardcore... I'm not gonna' lie. There is indeed a lot of depth to the band, though... and I'd have to say Good Apollo/Vol. I is actually a prime place to start.
For those familiar, I think 21:13 would be perhaps one of the most challenging songs to pull off as a band. Vocally, on guitar, drums, etc. Getting four people to stay on top of a ~10 minute song that transitions so frequently would be... crazy.
That, and a wickedly long guitar solo [ala Green Grass & High Tides] courtesy of Final Cut would blow my mind. Just two off the top of my head. Any Coheed fan obviously knows there's dozens of great choices.

A coheed music pack would be awesome. I've loved coheed for years now and their albums just keep getting better and better. And the story it tells is amazing. My girlfriend and I sit around and debate the lyrics and what they mean to the story for hours. Any coheed I would buy without question and right away!!!! MORE COHEED PLEASE!!!!! This is by far one of my all time favorite bands.

My top 3 Coheed and Cambria song pack would be hard to pick.
2113
The Crowing
Everything Evil
Or
2113
Everything Evil
Graverobbers and Gunslingers
or
2113
Graverobbers and Gunslingers
No World For Tomorrow
There are just soooo many amazing songs to choose from. I would definatly like to see a full album release of In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 or Second Stage Turbine Blades. Either one would be amazing to have.

I'd pay at least $60.00 for an album pack, and double the retail price of rock band for all of em.

No World for Tomorrow
The Light and the Glass

With Welcome Home, that would put one song for each cd.

I agree with above post, except, In keeping secrets of Silent Earth:3 instead of light and the glass. Or as previously stated by so many, 21:13.

Gravemakers & Gunslingers
A Favor House Atlantic
Devil in Jersey City
No World for Tomorrow
Ten Speed (Of God's Blood and Burial)
In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3
Cuts Marked in the March of Men
