So after some searching, I found a thread here on the forum about this, some people had actually had this problem solved by contacting some.. people, like EA and Sony.
The problem seems to be, simply, that the code rewards the wrong file, and thus a new code with the correct file should be the solution.
So I did just that, I contacted swedish Sony whom blamed EA. So I called swedish EA, which finally resulted in the fact that they told me they had misunderstood me, and with the problem I had I should contact EA USA, because they are the big guys and they shouldnt send me anywhere else.
So I contacted EA USA by mail. They told me they did not understand why I mailed them, when I live in Sweden. So, two mails later they say they're forwarding the problem to their higher in command, to fix this.
About 5 days later I update my problem on their site since I didnt hear anything, they replied by just updating my question to say "Updated by EA", without anything new. Tried again about 3-4 days later, and got the answer "Sorry about the delay, this should have been fixed soon".
A week later my problem was changed to "solved", because I hadent updated it. So, another question, linking to my old one, hoping for some kind of reply. Again, updated without any real answer by EA, and since it has been completely ignored. It's been another 2 weeks since.
One would think that such a simple thing as getting a file you have payed for would be at least somewhat easy.
I dont even know why I'm posting this, I suppose I'm wondering where to go now or who to contact, or if I'm just not important enough to help.
:)
