So far, I've beaten most songs without too many problems. Some I've failed and beaten 3 or 4 times later, except for reptilia ~.~; I just DON'T FREAKING UNDERSTAND IT. I cannot match the pitch of that damn song whatsoever. I can hit the first overdrive phase no problem, all others are pure luck of the moment. If I manage to squeeze by the first part and barely squeeze by the next, I can get to the tapping part. After that, I just CANNOT DO IT. I don't understand it once again, I don't understand how the pitch is or why I can't hit it because it sounds like I am, but it's always off. This is insane. Anyone else go through this bs? I never say something is bs just cuz I fail, but if I fail and it seems there's no way to pass than wth?

The verses are basically spoken in a normal tone voice besides a couple lines that go up. The chorus is mostly yelling so you can either try that or just sing it higher.

I never had a problem with Reptilia since I've listened to it so much.

Reptilia is REALLY hard. It's definitely one of my top three worst songs on vocals, along with I Get By and Gimme Shelter. But...I've heard people who were already fans of the song say that they had no trouble with it, so I'm guessing it's just a matter of listening to the song enough to know what pitch you need to be on.

Honestly, one of the best things to do is go into practice mode, select the song, and just listen all the way through before you try singing along; you can do that without penalty. There's a couple songs I had problems with that I figured out that way.

Vocals is the hardest "instrument" to give advice on, because everybody sounds different and has a different comfort range for their vocals. For me, any of the female singer songs are tough, while I breeze through the male vocals on hard. The best advice I can offer is to do some vocal warm-up exercises befoer you play, so you can stretch your range and change pitch easier without hurting yourself.

I guess I'll listen to it better and maybe I'll pass it, i don't know, that song seemed so easy but no matter what pitch I make it never wants to match. I'm humming most of the time so that I can get SOME sort of combo.

Thx for the help anyway, I'll listen to the song and maybe it'll help.
