I have been trying to download Rock Band Update 1.01 for the PS3 since 12/25 via the title update prompt when the game begins with no success. Each time, the download progress advances to between 4% and 11% and then progress stops. After another minute or so, I get logged out of the Playstation Network with error 8002AD23. Another minute later I recieve "An error occured during the download operation. (80710723)".
I have no problems downloading content from the Playstation Store or downloading PS3 updates from the Playstation Network. I am even able to download Rock Band Add-On Content from the Playstation Store with no problems. I have even tried placing the PS3 in a DMZ to no avail. I am stymied.
Is anyone else having this issue? Any thoughts on how to correct the issue? Any help is appreciated as this issue is preventing my son from enjoying his Christmas present in world tour mode. Thanks in advance.
