No Hysteria on the Playstation Store?

I want to purchase it, but I can't seem to find it there or in-game...

Do you have the European version of the game? Hysteria is on-disc RB1 for the European version.

It is available for purchase in the US. However, you can't just create a US account and buy it, since the DLC and the game have to match regions.

I would recommend going ahead and getting RB1. Most of the songs will export (all except for Enter Sandman, Paranoid (cover), Run to the Hills (cover), and Monsoon (on the European version)), then you can play them in RB2. You should be able to find RB1 for pretty cheap nowadays, and then pay $5 to export the songs (not sure how much it costs in Europe, but should be pretty cheap too).
