First off, I got this for my daughter for Christmas. Being a middle-aged wannabe rocker, I was looking forward to it as much as she on Christmas morning and we have been playing it a ton ever since. This has got to be the best game ever...plus I feel like I'm getting free drum instruction. I've improved loads in just a few short days being able to score above 90% on several songs on hard. Other than the air drums, I've never played before in my life so I'm having a blast.
I do have a question about actually signing in as a user. If I have a character, how do I join a band that my daughter has? I'm not too familiar with the Xbox 360 interface and I don't understand how to sign in 2 different users.
Also, where do I buy roadies?
Any tips for hooking up to a wireless network more cheaply than buying the Xbox 360 adapter. I would think any wireless ethernet adapter would work?
Seems like I had more questions. Oh well.
To the guy who was asking about separating feet from hands...just practice man. It sure feels good to nail that tricky beat for the first time!

User profiles in Rock Band can be confusing. It depends on a number of things. If you only have 1 Xbox Live account on your Xbox 360 (I mean actual Live accounts, not sub accounts that aren't online), then it's probably best to create all of your characters under that one Live account. If you have multiple Live accounts, then you'll want to use your own account.
When you get to the screen where everyone in the band signs in, you can use you Guide button to sign in to your Live account if you have multiple accounts (or if one of your friends recovers his/her Gamertag on your 360). BUT if you only have 1 Live account, have that person sign in first and then everyone else should sign in under "Guest of BLANK" where BLANK is the main Live account. That way all of the characters are attached to the main Live account. Hope that helps...
As for wireless via Ethernet, yes, you should be able to use a Wireless Ethernet converter instead of the $100 Microsoft wireless card. You would just setup the Ethernet converter to work with your router and then plug an ethernet cable from your 360 to the converter. This works well if your router and your 360 are no where near each other and you can't directly link them with an Ethernet cable.
