If you haven't already, goto the main screen -> options -> Calibrate. Try the auto calibrate. If that doesn't work, try to manually calibrate.

I have the same tv. It is a problem in the TV. The TV tries to delay the audio to match the inherantly delayed video. It doesnt match up, and it really shows in rhythm games. I have worked around it by setting up a computer audio system. Do not use the audio in that tv at all. run your hdmi or component video to the tv, and then either hook up the rca dongle or connect the rca's from the component cable into a seperate speaker system. It works great when you set the calibration to (Standard TV). No problems at all when the other sound is set up.

He means, hook up the HDMI cable (if you have an Elite Xbox360) to your tv set, and the audio wires are separate (red and white rca wires). Hook the audio directly to another thing-like a house stereo or computer speakers. Or a surround sound, anything that those rca cords can hook to and put sound through. That should fix your problem.

ok, without the Elite, plug in just the Yellow rca jack into the TV. Then, plug the red and white into a stereo or other device that gives sound. Cd players, boombox, anything that has red/white audio input. You might have to pull the Yellow away from the red/white just to reach, but it will still work fine. I hope this helps.

Yeah, but my tv is different. I have a 34 inch widescreen Philips (for $466.00 tax included!!!) and it gave me trouble back when GH2 came out for 360. Works just fine this way, though! Oh and you're welcome.
