Yellow Pad not always registering

Title says it all, sometimes the yellow pad wont register a hit and it is becoming a problem, i was wondering if there was a special way i could maybe tape it down or something to have a better hit rate

I tried taping mine down, it works ok. I still get random misses on all my pads. I'd try taping them down so that the pads closer to the sensor inside of it. If that doesn't work get them replaced.
