Real guitar? 6 Strings? Awesome sounds. Hundreds of makes.
I do. My guitar is a Bandit LP 1. Basically a Les Paul look-a-like. Awesome Quality, great sounds come from it. Totally black as well.
My Acoustic is a Chantry. No clue what the specifics are cause i got it cheap, like £40. Its really great though, i was learning on it until i got my Bandit over a month ago.
So what guitar[s] do you have?

Yep... Ive played for a couple years now. I personally use a 15 buck nylon stringed beast to play on most of the time, i love that guitar... The craptacularness is my favorite.
But I do have others, and a few years ago my dad started collecting... now he has 30 to choose from. Anything from a 2000 dollar martin acoustic he found in a pawn shop for 600, a couple godins, a gibson blues hawk, some customs... Tons of beauties.

i play a Gibson Signature Series SG 61 Re-issue (its the starter guitar series; its not worth anything), a B.C. Rich I.T. Jr. V, and a B.C. Rich Draco
been playing for about a year and 1/2 now, absolutly love my B.C. Richs, always get questions about the I.T. Jr. V in Guitar Center, its jsut a beautiful guitar, not to many people even know about the B.C. Rich Draco which makes it even better to have people see it and are just amazed at it
i use a Line 6 Spider 3 150 watt amp and also have this little Marshall amp that came with the Gibson

I do play guitar. Actually I played in a few garage bands.
But don't have the time for that at the moment, unfortunately. Still play guitar almost everyday though. And sometimes drums. ;)

Oh dude.. Godin's are on par with fenders and gibsons imo. The necks are awesome, they're made in quebec with nice wood... Heres one of the models we have

Started with an Epiphone Les Paul Studio.. Then got a Dean ML Dime-O-Flame and recently just picked up a Gretsch Hollowbody... Is awesome for clean work. Play through an Epiphone Valve Junior Head with matching 12" Speaker Cab through a 535Q Crybaby.

Yep. I play a Gibson SG Standard with Angus Young signature humbuckers. I play on a JCM 800 Marshall too. Great fun. No effects, no pedals, just straight up ROCKING!

Godins are indeed hotness. I played one years ago with the five-band EQ in the upper bout... That was awesome.
I play guitar and bass, and a little bit of drums.
My guitar is an '81 Fender Bullet (kind of a cheap strat sort of guitar, but with mini humbuckers, and a slightly smaller scale... got it when i was 13 lol), and then have a cheap Synsonics electric with a built in speaker that is beat to hell, but my wife gave it to me out of her closet a while ago lol, and it's got a severely cheesy and awesome distortion quality when cranked up.
My main instrument is bass as of now though, and I'm playing an original Ibanez Iceman ICB300. Great metal/rock bass, but not the greatest slap sound in the world. Playing through a weak and cheap 100watt Crate 15" combo. Sounds lame, but it's got DI-out, and that's what matters to me. Back-up bass is a Frankenstein'ed Jazz Bass ripoff built out of spare parts by a friend of mine who owned a music shop, back when I first started playing bass in my old band. Good instrument, for looking like crap.

i do...played for like 2 years now..fun, but is 1000x more fun if you play in a band...sadly there arent many musicians where i live :( ..but ive found some people now, and when we get togheter its magical...we use to cover System of a down songs..and they sound better when we play them than when serj & co does..:)

I have played for a year. I have no formal training so I kind of just hit the guitar.
I also downtune to further the problem of awkward sound.

Theyre actually very well priced considering the quality...
Still, a great place to get guitars is ebay. Im pretty sure the main places my dad would go to get guitars is pawn shops and ebay, mostly ebay. End up getting the guitars half price or less most of the time, and good quality.

A Black B.C. Rich Warlock Bronze. My house and it's lovely wiring problems shorted-out my amp and distortion pedal so now I'm in the market for new ones. Also thinking about getting an electric violin. You may laugh but listen to "Hall of the Mountain King" by Apocalyptico (I'm pretty sure I butchered that name).
