Chopper Help Please.

So, playing the game, I unlocked the tower, and I beat all the songs there. I then read the message about the produce. Ok, found him and bought him, played through every avaliable gig, made 2 albums, and now I cant figure out how to unlock the next vehicle. Any help would be most appreciated. I currently have the street tream, the styalist, the record producer, and the music video director in my enterouge. There is no one new for me to by. HELP!!
