SO my Drum Pad broke, and I opened it up and fixed it, now my kick pedal broke, so I filled out an order form for a new kick pedal, and all they did was send me an email with a referance number. I included my adress and everything, and thats all they gave me? So I emailed them asking how theprcess will work, and I included that I had already filled out a form, with all my Information, and that I recieved a refference number. Their response was, they couldn't hep me unless I provided more information. ASIDE FROM WHAT, IF THEY NEED MORE INFORMATION ABOUT ME, THEN WHY DONT THEY PUT THE EXTRA INFORMATION BY THE ORDER FORM, BECAUSE, I FILLED OUT EVERY BOX AND THEY STILL NEED MORE INFORMATION!

I know there's a song in there played by Keith Moon, but you're not supposed to PLAY like Keith Moon.

I also have had no problems with the drums and I have played them daily for 2 weeks. I did however have the guitar strum die. I do know several people who have had drum problems, so its not to say the drums are perfect.

I can't say that any of the peripherals are perfect, but I love the drums. I have been pounding away on them since Christmas eve and my only initial problem was that they would slide away on me on my laminate floor.
I bought a entrance way rug with a rubber bottom and a ribbed texture to it, set the drums on there and problem solved! Now I can beat away on them for hours on end and they don't move and I have a great time!
Sorry to hear about your peddle breaking, I know there is a design weakness there, but if you keep the ball of your foot centered above the orange support bar, it shouldn't happen.

I got my drums on Nov. 20 and they have been excellent. We play every day and have no complaints.

My drums are perfect. Personally I think they are the best built thing in the whole bundle.

The title is misleading. The drums are awesome your problem is with the RMA's, btw its an easy fix. Do the penny trick, its working fantastic for me, my red would only register 50 or so % but now it's a for sure 100%.
Heres the tutorial. This may void your warranty if they find out but if your careful and keep the little rubber pad then there's now way of knowing,

My first drums had some sensitivity issues, the green pad stopped sensing pretty much any pressure at all after a couple days, but I'd been on my second set for weeks now and it's been preforming flawlessly.
I'd say overall the Stratocaster has been more of a pain in the arse, for me at least.
