When and if the name is final we can move onto logos. Too bad my laptop is dead or I could work on concepts. Graphic design is my obsses...uhhh...hobby. I've been trying to bring some of it to my profile. Just some of it I can't retrieve or is too big.

Wow. Sorry. I didn't even realize there was a forum for Band Wanted let alone a thread of our's. Thankfully Eman PM'd me and let me know. Anyway, I like having a humorous but genuine band name. I'm not sure if Generational Disasters would fit, but I'm growing to like it, especially if our band's image (through characters as well as logos etc.) would fit it.
Oh, and also if Xzyliac needs help with graphic design, I fancy myself able with Photoshop.

A logo cant be too complex, it needs to draw attention and be easily recognizable

Agreed. And it has to have a certain aura to it that can become unique. People need to know "Hell yeah that's those guys" without even thinking about it.

We need to be unique and the logo must reflect that. And overall, as a band, we ALL need to be proud of it.

I already am i think we have a great setup....our guitarist and bassist can 5* almost everything on guitar hero, i sing for a living so i must be at least somewhat decent...lol and emo reaper plays drums for a real band..we're set and im very glad and proud to have found you all...and we'll see how awesome the logo making aspect of the game is...it has to be PERFECT

1. There are a lot of amazing singers and drummers out there that do not visit these boards
2. There are a lot of amazing GH 1 and 2 players that do not visit these boards
3. There are going to be thousands of people playing, and the odds that there will be one or more bands better than yours is pretty high.

Not trying to be mean.. just realistic. The only game I ever reached the top of was Ratchet and Clank Up Your Arsenal online. I was literally #1 in the world online at that game for months until I stopped playing. It's reeeeally hard to hit or keep a #1 spot in any game online just due to the sheer numbers of peope playing.. trust me.

In other words.. start practicing =)
