How long did it take?

I just put in my request for a RMA for the broken strum bar......i opted for the "express" using a credit card to hold the funds until you ship back the broken guitar......how long does this process take?......will i have it by the end of the week?

Well, probably not considering that two days from now is new years day. I just put in a request for drums yesterday and I don't expect anything until next week.

My guitar came in about a week, anyways.

I think I did mine Wed and I still havent gotten it yet. Its says on UPS that its coming on the 31.

I did mine Thursday morning and UPS has it set to be here today (its on the local truck right now).
