View Full Version : EA replacements really pissed me off now

i ordered my replacement guitar on the 22nd of november and it hasnt shipped.
my friend ordered his FIVE DAYS AGO AND RECEIVED IT TODAY. thats the most ridiculus thing i have ever heard from a customer support. and i found out the voided my express drums today. the games great but i guess i should have gone with singstar since thats all i have now

Same thing happend to me I ordered mine on 11/20 and got it last wednesday and another free guitar is on the way I also got two free games for my long wait.Just keep bugging EA everyday(helps if you call) and eventually youll get your replacement.

My guitars downstrum broke yesterday and it took ten min for me to fix it. It was way easier than waiting to send it in.

how do u fix the downstrum problem urself? i dont want to have to send mine out and wait a month for it.
