As far as I know none of the DLC has crowd singing implemented. Personally, I don't know how much effort it requires to add it into the songs, but I think it should be on top of the priority list for DLC songs. I'm saying this now because I really want this to be in Who's Next, especially when you hear the spine-chilling "It's only Teenage Wasteland! Teenage Wasteland!"

I would dearly love for this to be in the DLC as well. I don't necessarily notice when it isn't there, but always, always, always know when it is. It's an incredible touch that I hope they can eventually add to the DLC.

I thought about this today and I thought, "Aw, I must just be missing the parts where they are supposed to be singing." Does this have to do with the design or file sizes I wonder?

I think it has to do with the time it would take to produce: you'd have to bring in a crowd of 30 or so people and layer several tracks of sing-along for the whole song.
It was worth doing when they had 58 songs to record, but now that they're giving us 3-6 songs a week, it's not really practical.

Maybe they can save it for the "big" songs.

Hmm...I was singing and my friend was playing guitar to Move Along. Im not sure if it is just the song itself of the actual crowd in the background singing along. But, I do notice that there is more then 1 voice being heard throughout that song. Idk, it could just be me.

Stupid question, but are the voices real or synthetic/computer voices?

they could take shortcuts.. they know how to use music editing software.
just get three 3 girls and three guys from HMX to do a sing along. layer the track a few times.(3 or 4 layers would do it) modifying the pitch (or tone which ever it is) up and down a bit to make it sound like different people. add some reverb and chorus.. and viola, you got a make shift sing along. it wouldn't sound nearly as good as a room full of people. but it's worth toying around with.
Orrrrrr.. they could do it the hard way and use live tracks. but that would probably in most cases take waaaaay to much effort. (most live recordings dont have a written music for them, some have awful crowd recording. other maybe were mixed down into a single track..etc etc)

It's possible they did this and decided it didn't sound good enough to use, or that the quality of the result wasn't worth the time and effort it took to create it.
And whittibo, the game credits include a list of audience singers.
