ROCK BAND CONTROLLER? Free Game?

I sent in for a new rock band controller this morning and because mine broke. I am hearing things about how it comes with a free game. I was wondering if anyone knew if i will get a free game

I don't know the origins of this, but I recently sent in/received a new guitar and didn't receive anything other than the controller.

that was for the first set of replacements as they had to wait for a few weeks to get their replacement. now that their turnaround is quick, deals off

I think that the free game was offerd to those that had a real long wait to get a replacement.

The free game is sometimes offered if you are involved in the RMA process and something goes horribly wrong; wrong enough for EA to feel sorry for you. If your RMA experience goes smoothly then don't expect any free tidbits. Feel thankful you aren't tempted to play DiRT or some equally vapid console title and instead get to play Rock Band as quickly as possible.
