After about 3 days of rocking, my Fender Stratocaster started sticking with the down strum.
With some tinkering I was able to fix the "poor design" problem without sending the guitar in for replacement. My guitar has better performance and added clicking to my strumming as well.

Keep in Mind that opening your Guitar will VOID your WARRANTY!
