View Full Version : OK EA, This is getting stupid

All I need is a friggin Bass Pedal. I filed a request to have MY bass pedal mailed back to me, after your little sheet of paper instructed me to do so on my return. I filed this request on Dec 26th, with the question system on EA's support page. A man named Yves got back to me fairly quickly (3 hrs after I sent the question). He instructed me to update the question adding my reference number from my original request. I did so on the 27th. I havnt heard a damn thing from him since. No update on what is going on, no nothing. EA, I JUST WANT MY ****ING BASS PEDAL, THAT I PAID YOU GOOD MONEY FOR, TO BE SENT BACK TO ME. THATS IT. I would like to be able to try my drum set out so I can see if I got a good set, before the 60 day warranty runs out, but some group of idiots (at customer service or elsewhere) are preventing me from doing that.

I read somewhere that all the first orders got stuck. call ea i dont remmber well at 1 in the morning/

They just say they'll transfer you to the Rock Band warranty team (which is what I thought I was calling for in the first place) but then realize they're closed at this time.
