Reading through the posts, it seems that most people having problems with getting their replacements have chosen Standard RMA.

Like me, I see many others who have sent their equipment off quite a long time ago and are not receiving replacements.

It seems that the Express option is working better.

EA are you purposely screwing people that chose Standard RMA?

You have had my guitar and my status has shown closed for over 2 weeks.

Just because I don't need my guitar in 2 days doesn't mean I never want it.....

hang in there man, i was having the same issue, once my ticket was punched complete i waited for a week with no luck and then finally i began to contact them again and almost immediately my problems were fixed and i received my guitar yesterday morning, so from 12/14 to 1/2, just contact them again...in my experience they were helpful
