Dirty Disk Errors with DLC

so i am playing thru my solo drumm career and when ever i play a dlc song i get the dde after i get my percentage. it sucks. does andybody else get this after dlc? what can i do to remidy the situation?

i get dirt disc errors too, kinda frequently with RB, not sure if i could say it was dlc related tho or not. just seemed like after a good few sets it decides the disc is unreadable. i am sending out my 360 for repair (rrod) anyway but i haven't had this issue when playing on my kids' 360

I am also having this issue. I've had Rock Band for about 2 weeks now.

The first time it happened was with the first song that I downloaded, Syncronicity II. I played through completely, got my final score and percentage and then got the Dirty Disk Error. After restarting I played the song again to try and repeat the error. The 2nd time it played through with no issues.

I've had it happen 4 times altogether in the last 2 weeks, and it is always after completing a DLC song. It has happened 2 times playing on solo guitar, 1 time playing solo drums, and once playing band quickstart with guitar and drums.

Any information that anyone can provide on this would be great.

I think during normal song play the disk drive is turning constantly whereas during DLC play the disk drive is not needed (since the song is on the HDD) and is spun down temporarily.

I believe that the XB360 can have problems such as read error more commonly when the optical drive spins down for a prolonged period of time.
