View Full Version : UPS messed up or EA messed up

I went on th support page of EA to have my fender replaced because the strum bar wouldn't strum down and it rarely worked going up. I got the tracking number and incident number and ever since I've put the request in for a new one (with me not paying the $125 for the guitar first) on December 30, I've checked the UPS tracking number everyday and it says it is Two-Day-Air Shipping yet it has said "Billing Information Received" since I got the tracking number. Anybody know why?

Also if anyone knows how to create a band to upload to your profile on here please let me know because I've looked everywhere on how to do it.
