Wow, talk about bad luck.
So I had a faulty mic (http://www.rockband.com/forums/showthread.php?p=232457) which I'm in the process of getting a new one when my strummer goes out on my guitar. I go to the warranty website, answer the questions, and get to the part where it tells you "You will need an EA account to proceed." I click continue and get the following:
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/2.0.59 (Unix) mod_jk/1.2.23 Server at customersupport.ea.com Port 80
So far, "temporary" has been about 2 hours. Anyone else having trouble with it?
