My first Express Return Shipment was an empty box (this seems to be a common problem). Yesterday, an EA Rep said they are sending another guitar on 2-Day Express. I was assured there was going to be no hold on my credit card a second time.
Upon receipt (hopefully there is a guitar inside), I will return my faulty guitar. My question is, does it matter which return label I use? In other words, do I need to use the return label from the 1st, empty shipment or the one from the guitar I'll receive next week. Does it matter? My concern is that I'll erroneously get billed the $125.
Please help, EA!

Use the one that comes with the new shipment. When they setup the new box they should have disabled the old one which will prevent the charge for going through on the old RMA. If you have questions or want to verify, please PM me with the incident numbers so I can check on it for you.

Avalanche - When you use the Express option we ship you out a new peripheral before you return the faulty one. Since that is the case, this method requires a hold on your credit card. The hold is removed when we receive and process your return, but if we don't receive your return within 28 days the hold turns into a charge for the new item that was sent.
There also is a Standard option that is a bit slower but does not require a credit card.
