View Full Version : question about untrackable drum replacement !!!

Hey, i sent out for a replacement drumset, empty box for it got here in two days, excellent timing, the tracking number worked and everything, well, i sent my drumkit out, and its been exactly a week and my replacement has not arrived...not only that, but i cant track the package !!!

my tracking number just shows the date that the empty box arrived here and says delivered, whats worse is everytime i try to sign into the EA customer service page it just tells me that my password or username is wrong, i put in my email address to get a new username and password but it says theres no username using that email....

where is my drumset, is there anyway to track it, and should i be worried ?

If you have the RMA number, just call them and they can tell you the tracking number over the phone.

EA. As long as you kept your RMA number, they should be able to tell you how far they've gotten processing your order, and they can also give you the new tracking number.

ea silly. I called since this same thing happened to me, and they sent again and gave me numbers immediately

problem, i called, and they gave me a new tracking number, but it says the same thing my old one did, that the package was delivered.
