I sent my drums in with the broken pedal... and they didnt send my pedal back.
just the controller and the stand and ****...
someone help me out!
who do i call or what do i do to get my pedal?????

....and how is this a huge shipment error? lmao. Try calling customer support because making no nonsense posts makes you look like a ******.

This also happened to me. I called EA Tech Support once, my girlfriend called another time because I was too pissed to talk to them (same guy answered too). They supposedly think I'm trying to scam THEM. They're the ones who took my damn pedal.

A simple search on this forum should quickly turn up the cause: the drums and the pedal are separate RMAs; if you file and RMA for the drums, they send you new drums, but not a new pedal (regardless of whether you sent back the pedal or not).
Contact EA customer support and they should be able to send you a fresh pedal.

can anyone post the number for me?
im at work and EA is blocked here for some reason..
im gonna call them on my break.
im such an idiot.. i didnt even realize it was a seperate RMA till after i sent it.
OH.. and just to note..
the intrustions for the kit never said to NOT put the pedal in the box when i got it.
annndddddd... there was a peice cut out of the cardboard specifically made for the pedal..
so i mean.. any stoner wouldve stuck it in there.
but i would really appreciate it if someone could get me that number on here..
