Possible Fix To Bass Pedal Notes Not Registering!!!

Alright so I and a few others have the problem of the bass pedal notes not registering. Of course, your still going to want to replace it because its not working, but I've got mine to work. I'm not sure if this works on other peoples but you might as well try. Ok, so the bass pedal jack looks like an upside down L in shape. you want it so that the L is upright into the jack. For it to keep its balance you can tape it.
