Avenged Sevenfold- Bat Country

I still dont get why Beast and the harlot made it into GH2, this song is waaaayyyy better, and was much more popular.
Think about it, it would be perfect!

Vocals- They can get really low and really high. Its perfect.
Drums- Would get pretty tricky. Just listen to the drum line in the beginning of the solo.
Guitar- Riffs pretty simple, but the solo is where it would shine. Just imagine the sweep picking in the middle of the solo. There would be tons of notes. It would give dragon force a run for its money.
bass- not to hard, and repetitive, but hey its bass.

Unfortunately, I bet the radio in quite a few towns ruined Bat Country for quite a few people...

Yea Bat Country is fantastic. If they made an A7X 3 song pack the songs would have to be:
Bat Country - Reasons Stated Above
Unholy Confessions - Slower Paced, but the vocals range from harmonic singing to screaming. Also, the main guitar riff is AWESOME. It'd be fun.
Sidewinder - A great song, 7 minutes long so pretty epic, especially with the fantastic acoustic solo at the end. Also has a lot of variety.
Bat Country, though, I would really like to see in the game mainly for the drums.

yea, the single got ALOT of play in most major cities.....but it doesn't ruin it,just makes you want to hear some of the other amazing material from them.
the new album is every bit as good as this one IMHO.

i'd take a 3 song/album in a heartbeat.(it's good that they've at least had a song included in a harmonix project i'd think)

Eh, it's not US, those that like AS, that the radio ruined it for! haha It's those who don't know or 'particularly' like that kind of music, but wouldn't mind it... After hearing it five times a day for a month or two... ya' really don't care any more!

I've been saying this (not online obviously) since the game came out! Bat Country was my single most favoured song for about 5 months straight. The only problem I noticed is the lack of breaks for vocals, so there's almost nowhere to go into overdrive. Still, I love every part of this song and it would be a perfect addition to the DLC.
