Hm, I don't know how popular Death Cab For Cutie are. Are they still considered Indie?
If so, then I really want them. And even if not, I still want them in the game. They are one of my favourite bands ever!!

Stars are awesome too. But also here, I don't know exactly if they're still Indie. I know them. :p They're actually play kinda slower music, but there is one song that really rocks and would work nicely with Rockband! (wait until minute 02:50, then it really blows you away! lol)

Honestly... if the next confirmed song was death cab for cutie or something I would be glad just to see something NOT terrifyingly famous be confirmed, even though I don't even listen to them lol

Is "Indie" really a genre or is it just a strange synonym for "Underground bands"

There are a lot of great indie bands that deserve chances.

if we can consider the fall of troy and chiodos indie
well shiiiiiiiiiiit put them in the game but maybe some of their toned down songs that dont have much screaming

They're not AS mainstream as a lot of bands though, not as popular, but recognized. They're just an Indie band that hit success.

Some good selections. I'd love to see "Flathead" in the game, and after the iPod commercial, it is semi-well known. I love "Brittlesticks" from Fields, but have you heard "The Death" from them? It is much crunchier, louder, and darker, and would actually pretty cool in Rock Band.

I'd love to shriek and yelp along to "Hang Me Out To Dry", as well. I'd still like to see Pigeon Detectives, Art Brut, or Editors in the game. The new Editors CD is a bit of a let down compared to "The Back Room", so I'd love to see "Blood" or "Munich". I also like those young kids from Iceland, Jakobinarina.
