Well I did it! Again!

Ha!

Got my replacment peddal and broke it after a few hours of playing, not that I stomp on it or anything..

I was careful not to, I fixed by screwing down a peice of hardwood floring over it.

Who else has this happened to?

My sister broke one of her drum pedals, one of her guitars is not working and one of the mics is cutting out at random.

Oh, between the TWO Rock Band games she bought, she has a working game.
(She is very impatient and she sees the hell I am going through with MY game!)

So, there you go everybody!! All problems are solved!!

Just go out and buy 2 or more Rock Band games to make at least ONE set work!
It's just good business for Harmonix and YOU won't have to worry about any more crappy peripherals because you'll have a BUNCH of them!!

So what if you don't have the money?
At least Harmonix does, and isn't that the TRUE meaning of Christmas?

(I'm not getting my replacement instruments now, am I? AWW, MAN!!!)

Don't play in the middle of the pedal and it won't crack. The pedal bends between the hinge at the bottom and the rubber bumpers at the top (by the orange line). If you play below the orange line, you will snap the pedal. Play over the bumpers and it will never crack.

yeah i just broke mine to and i went to the warranty site thing, but it said they would check if it had been abused and i thought this might count. If so how do i get a free replacement or just a replacement.

i highly doubt its "abused" since everyone and their mother is breaking them, and we are all trying to be really careful about it...

Hey, i'm sure you have already seen but in case not there is a fix availiable. It uses diamond plate or carbon fiber, it screws onto your pedal to prevent or fix a break in your pedal.

Here is a link to a place where you can find another solution to your problem besides hardwood.

Thanks and rock on
