View Full Version : Don't Have $125 but did express shipping anyway

I placed an RMA for my broken drum pedal using the express method on 1/2/08. At the time i thought i had enough money in my account to cover the $125 hold. However, I checked my balance today and it appears i am about $10 short. The status of my RMA has not changed to parts shipped. I have done this process twice before for my first pedal and my drum pads and It didn't take this long to change. Has EA just ignored my request because i don't have enough money in my account? Will EA ship the parts when i deposit more money or will I have to cancel the RMA and place a new one? Any help would be appreciated.

Try to call the customer support line and explain the situation. They might be able to help you with this.
