For the Holiday Season, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, at some point and possibly for the Holiday Season, the Wii.
No plans have been announced for the PlayStation 2 at this time.

From what I've heard, it's 360 and PS3 this year, at the Holiday season, and Harmonix has said that there will be a Wii version later. Hopefully they don't give us some crap simulated instruments with the Wii controller.

Though they said they're going to try to get it to as many platforms as they can, so if the PS2 is still doing great come next year, it might hit that as well.

Maybe this is a silly question, but if Rock Band will be developed for the XBOX 360, which is essentially a PC, why can't they release a PC version of the game?

This would seem an excellent opportunity to actually make use of the USB ports on the various consoles and the PC!

Rock Band One will be available on PS3, PS2, Xbox 360, and the Wii.
There will not be a PC version of the game
