View Full Version : RMA in CANADA?

Anyone got past the "New RMA" status on the My Questions page on EA Support? I filed mine on the 3rd (I've been trying since Nov. 21), and all it's done is stall at this stage. Is this normal? I got no link to any ups number or anything else emailed to me since the intial EA Response email. Can anyone (EAxViolet????) shed some light on how long this process takes? Thanks.

Not sure if this helps or not.

Except they haven't processed and gotten our RMA's ready for shipping when they finally do clear this supposal mishap with customs. Filed my RMA on the 22nd, you've got a LONG wait.

No end in sight. They need to update the sticky to at least 3 weeks (and probably longer). I've been RMA'd since the 22nd of December as well. Not a peep from EA about an estimated delivery date other than expect 3-4 weeks. I'm hoping it'll make the SuperBowl party I was hoping to host, since it missed my New Years party.
