Starting to get Frustrated...WITH PLENTY OF'THINGS!! Xbox 360 Users Help me Out!!!

OK im confused about a couple things and would like some clarification.

1. I kno Xbl is currently messsed up, but am i the only one that cannot download any tracks. Right now specfically, im trying to download the metallica pack. NOO PROGRESS AT ALL!!! its been at one percent for 4 days now. I also noticed that it always says cannot download item. If this things wont download i seriously want my points back cuz i feel jippped. I also notice that on the dashboard the spotlight sems to be grayed out.

2. My Strat. Ok, why does my guitar not do overdrive when i tilt it. i swear it has a mind of its own. It seems to just do overdrive any time it feels like. Mainly when it fills up the whole way is when it will always go on the regs. Also the strumbar is weird. On menus like the song selection screen for example, if you press down the bar its seems to just get stuck and goes through the list on its own. Not proper!..same thing with the dpad. I also have to strum hella hard to make some notes register sometimes.


If any one can give me any help / or adive as to what i should so and why everything is doing what it is please help me out.

To address your 2 points individually:

1) If your download has been stuck at 1% for 4 days, try cancelling it and restarting. If that still doesn't work, then you might try contacting Microsoft, as this is their issue, not HMX's or EA's or RB's. Just know that XBL is still having issues for some people in some areas, so you could always try just waiting for a few days and then trying the download again.

2) Your Strat is defective. Go to http://support.ea.com/rockband and get it replaced.

a lot of guitars have that problem, and as for your xbox live, idk i hear complaints about it a lot but mine always works perfect save for a day or two around christmas. Maybe its your internet and not xbox live
