Just a quick question for those of you who have played through the endless setlist: approximately how much time should I set aside to complete the endless setlist? I have not downloaded any extra songs but I do have all the songs in the game. Do the extra songs get put into the setlist or just the ones you get going through single player? Any info would be sweet. Thanks.

Download songs are not included.

58 songs. In the best case scenario about 5.5 hours. With breaks or song failures that number could be 6 or 7 hours depending on your circumstance.

awesome...my gf and I and two of my best friends (we all get together every Friday night to play for about 5 hours) have been trying to determine when to play this now that everyone is able to do medium or above.

58 songs sounds like a 12 hour affair even though I know better. I called up the two friends and told them we'll do it all day Saturday this weekend and get it done. Considering we'll fail probably 10 of the songs at least once (a couple of them twice I'm sure), I'd say about 8 hours or so for us heh

No, the game can detect it if you even think about quitting, and the 360 will immediately get the red ring of death.

Just kidding, you can pause between songs, but you can't quit and pick up where you left off. Although the red ring of death will probably happen regardless.

My problem is finding somebody near me that likes the game half as much as I do and will dedicate 6 hours straight to playing it :(

Sounds like what you need are people like me and my buddies around. :P There's been probably 3 weekends at least now where we played 12-15 hours straight both days in a row :P

The songs, run back to back, are about four hours total (according to my Rock Band playlist on iTunes)

Speaking of which, me and my band are attempting this today!!

EDIT: Is the setlist in a random order or does it go down the tiers by difficulty?

I have nobody to help me beat the endless setlist. Looks like im going to try and sing and play guitar together ( after some practice on expert). First i have to get my xbox back though because its broken.

when my friends and I did it..we took..right around 5 1/2 hours I think. We failed one song one time(Run to the Hills) and we took a **** ton of smoke breaks and various other breaks

It took me and my friend 5.5 hours. This is with a break after about every 4th or 5th song for about 10min. The game will let you pause it for as long as you want.

If you want a tip we wrote down the whole setlist in order. This way we could look to see what the next song was so we knew when we wanted to take a break. I think this works very well because you also are not wondering what song is going to be next and you can prepare for it.

I think it was around 4 and a half hours with no breaks.

I did it yesterday, it took just over 4 and a half hours. I failed on a few of the bonus songs which I had never done before but thankfully aren't very long. I stopped just long enough to grab a Gatorade out of the fridge about 40 songs in so pretty much no breaks.
